This place has great potential but I have been underwhelmed both times I have been here. The first visit was a friday night for music and drinks. You order at the counter but not knowing this, we sat down at the only seats on the bar, in front of the water dispenser. The bartender reluctantly served us a drink and never checked on us again. We left soon after. This recent time we checked out the pints and plates pairing. We chose the jalapeño elk brat grilled cheese with red legs Belgian pale ale. The beer was good until the food came. Large slices of fresh jalapeño were layered on the sandwich which already had a well spiced brat. The heat was so overwhelming that my bf and I stopped eating so we could even taste our beer. Wild goose really ruined this event for red leg with this dish. Maybe this was why they had 3 pairing options... I have heard good things about this spot so maybe next time I'll come when they are less busy and by pass ordering food.

If you are looking for a good place to spend a lot of money, but be with "hip" people, this is your place. We had some unusual beers, but two beers were $10+. The service was strange. We had to go to the front counter even though we were sitting at the bar to get our orders placed. They would take our orders after we gave them a credit card to hold, making an "open" tab. I probably won't go again, I'm such a tightwad and there are places to get great beer at a good price within walking distance.

I love this place. If I ever visit Colorado again I'll be definitely stopping by here. Big thumbs up to their food and coffee! I just simply love how they design their place.

A fairly unique place. I would describe the atmosphere as chill. Not too loud. Open air feeling (in summer anyway) with their repurposed garage door/window open. The beer selection was definitely unique. More of the unrecognizable beers from the micro breweries. Food was fine. Nothing amazing. I had the BLTT wrap. Overall a nice atmosphere. I liked it and would come back.

Full disclosure--I'm writing this with the Goose's wifi. My visit tonight reminded me how much I love this place. It opened not too long ago, but is super popular. It tends to get crowded at lunch and on weekends (live music Fri-Sun), but on off-hours it's usually pretty chill. I generally will see someone I know here, so it has that nice neighborhood feel. They've got a big table down the middle and a bunch of other seating options, like the couch in the rear nook. On a lovely spring night like this, they roll up the big garage-style doors on both sides of building, and I can sit outside in a fleece and enjoy a beer with my book. Of course, they know their coffee. They've also got a great selection of beers on tap that rotate frequently. Everything I've tried from the menu I've liked. Highly recommend the BBLTT wrap, the bean salad wrap, the nachos, and the classic goose sandwich.

Came here to have a beer while reading a good book. The setting is perfect, with lots of beer and coffee choices. There's a full menu, which I'm hoping to come back and try another time. Very trendy yet homey space. Will be back!

I like the long tables and free wifi at Wild Goose. I feel there's enough energy that I'm not falling asleep while working, but also I'm not drowned in noise. Some days there's live music. On warm days they open up the big garage door and let in tons of fresh air. There are many types of tea and coffee on the menu and there are usually two types of iced tea you can serve yourself. The food menu is pretty small and limited. I'm guessing they don't have a big kitchen to work from. Most of their offerings are along the lines of nachos and sandwiches, which is great if you're just in the mood for a nosh while studying. I wish Wild Goose was a little farther from the college so that it wasn't as crowded in the mid-afternoon. Sometimes I avoid the spot because I have that gut feeling that I won't find a place to sit and work.

What a great little coffee house. I took my daughter her for a treat one sunny afternoon and we were not disappointed. They have a large selection of coffee and tea. Additionally, they make their coffee in a press or via a hand poured drip and they taste amazing. I had a cappuccino and my daughter had a hot chocolate and we were both pleased. It was full but the staff was nice, promote and helpful.

I look foward to enjoying great tasting coffee, but I am always turned off by the counter service. They're always rude, and seem like they would rather be anywhere else. One night I arrived at 9:40pm for a coffee and was told they can only do wine and beer because they're closing at 10. Maybe you should then be closing at 9:40. A coffee house that doesn't serve coffee almost half an hour before close. I love the coffee and bar selection, I enjoy the atmosphere, but your employees consistently demonstrate a lack of customer service skills upon ordering and thereby threaten the quality of your business.

I've been coming here for a while now. I love the atmosphere. The staff range from friendly and accommodating to slightly snarky and playful. It's a great, laid-back atmosphere that offers live entertainment on balmy summer nights. Highly recommended for all. Never had a meal, dessert, alcoholic, or caffeinated beverage here that I haven't enjoyed.

I see some knocks that it's a hip place. WTF?? Go back to your shitty dive bar then and don't leave cause this is why we can't have nice things. I would have loved to study in a place like this when I was in school. I think everything is a bit pricier but I don't mind paying a little bit more to help so I don't have sloppy drunks ruining everyone's night. I think the coffee was OK, not the best in town but not Starbucks either. Foods a bit mediocre though. A bit crowded but overall I like it.

I love the goose. It has a great feel, great beer and great coffee. The staff is so nice and helpful and the food is delicious! I came in hoping to get an apple cider cocktail but they don't have hard liquor. Not a problem, I got regular hot apple cider. It was delicious and made from scratch. I got the chips and queso as well--the queso is whipped I think, and they give you a lot which is awesome. I love this place and I live two blocks away....it's awesome.

One of my favorite spots to frequent. Interestingly enough, the staff is never all that friendly - at first it bothered me - but now it just kind of adds to the weird character and I've gotten used to it. I always kill them with kindness and challenge myself to make them laugh or at least smile. The food is delicious, I appreciate their gluten-free options. The breakfast quesadilla is one of my all time favorites. I enjoy this spot all year round, but mostly in the Summer when their garage doors are open and I can sit on the patio and enjoy the sunshine. The owner is very friendly and always makes a point to say hello, which is a very nice touch. I love the Goose, it's a go-to spot when I'm wanting to catch up with friends, or just grab some coffee or tea.

The Wild Goose has a fun vibe to it. I had a salad that was made with fresh ingredients and was simply delicious. My daughter had a grilled cheese that was made with Swiss and Pears. It was awesome! They had a super wine, beer and coffee collection too. I wish there was a Wild Goose close to home in MA.

I've driven past countless times but have finally made it to "The Goose". This has been the "it" place for months now but I just wasn't impressed. I ordered a Cortado Cubano, and what I received was merely a lukewarm Cortado. And by "lukewarm" I really mean vaguely warm. The breakfast nachos were good and I think almost fairly priced at $9. But the Boarshead Sausage Quesadilla for was a huge disappointment and way way way overpriced ($12). There was a brown mustard on it which overwhelmed the taste of anything else in the quesadilla. A quesadilla from Del Taco would have been more rewarding and a quarter of the price. The Goose would benefit from taking a lesson in quesadilla making from the Wisdom Tea House in Monument. Overpriced food, a poorly made latte and annoying "keep calm" posters discourage me from heading to The Goose again.

Loved this place! Amazing food, atmosphere, and great local beer. I would highly recommend them. I love there little patio that overlooks down town. They have quite a few books to read if you're looking to spend a quiet day drinking coffee and reading in their little nook. The girl working the register was really sweet. I wish I remembered her name. It's a little pricey, but it's local so I understand. I'll be back and I can't wait to see their expansion.

Come for the cinnamon roll and coffee! Stay for live music and wine. I am in a constant search for great coffee, good food, free wifi, and boozy drinks. I'm so thankful to find another gem in the Springs area. I'm ever hopeful that more and more small business owners can find and create spaces with those four needs in mind.

Wishing I had this coffee spot in Houston! Very cool and fun place. Their coffee is some of the best I've had. Incredible. Ask for advice on what you want. Staff was more than willing to drop some recommendations. I liked their cookies too. The atmosphere is really cool. Some awesome decorations with a Breaking Bad theme (at least when I dropped by). You can get some live music too. The music wasn't blaring loud either. Parking might be an issue. You'll have to rely on the street or go nearby. Worth the effort.

Love this place! Discovered it when we went into Switchback Roasters looking for a good latte. They directed us here because they use Switchback coffee but, they make a fantastic latte. Not only did we get a great coffee, we also had a great lunch. They have a small menu with a great variety of items. Absolutely delicious. 2nd time back and we will return again....Next time, we're trying the beer!

You'll feel like you're in Portland or San Francisco when you're here. Easily the coolest spot in town for a meeting, coworking, or just hanging out. Live music is usually really good, and the coffee is of course the best for a 60 mile radius. Also, well crafted selection of local beers and wine, and some decent food. The owners truly care about their customers and the city in general, so if you've never been to "the goose", its definitely worth a visit.

Overpriced menu with service that could not be slower. 30 minutes for a cheese quesadilla. Probably would have been faster if they wouldn't have put of. Making it for 20 minutes and then starting a large order before mine. A guest shouting profanity also diminished the enjoyment. Will never go back. All that being said I do greatly appreciate the owner emailing me and apologizing for the experience. It was very kind and shows character.

I really like this place. Food is pretty darn good (especially the nachos), coffee is great, and beer selection is wonderful. Lovely atmosphere, nice people, live music. Only real problem is that it is crowded every time I go. I never feel like I can just hang out unless it's warm enough that outside seating is available. Everything is a bit pricey, but I think it's worth it.

I really liked this place after my first visit. Overall impression is that it is a much needed casual beer bar/coffee joint needed for downtown, which has its limitations when it comes to variety. The beer selection is extensive, and if you like coffee, it has an equal amount of options. I would say the food menu is limited, but I would consider it high end bar food. Interior is eclectic. Not the biggest place around, but with both indoor and outdoor seating (and a nice outdoor feel when the open the garage doors) its has a nice city feel. Was there on a friday evening, around happy hour. The crowd was a nice mix of business folks, older couples, college kids, and the date night crowd. Really liked the vibe. Didn't feel pretentious or snobby. Definitely will add this to the downtown rotation. Always good to have nice options.

Friendly staff, good atmosphere, great food, excellent beer and wine selection. Can't speak to the coffee because I didn't have any, but I'm sure it's great. This is a perfect spot to get some work done, read a book or just chill with friends. I highly recommend if you need to take a break from a hectic day.

Cool, fun place. Free wifi (password written on the wall...). Self service on the iced tea (raspberry and plain). Order up front (by the door) and they bring the food to your table. Could be interesting when they're busy.... Tried the nacho plate (nacho plate, that's my plate...) and was very impressed. Good quality chips, flavorful cheese along with good toppings. There was enough for two of us to enjoy. The staff was very helpful and friendly I'll definitely go back and try other menu items. Small list of items usually mean they can make them well...

I gave it another chance and I really enjoyed the Canadian Goose sandwich, which comes with a great mix of pineapple and berries and I added a glass of the Malbec. I would definitely do this again!

This place is hard to rate because it changes throughout the day. In the morning, or early afternoon, this is a 5 star coffee shop. Offering non-memorable beer selection, great--albeit over priced--coffee, and wine I'm yet to try. The people are friendly and it's a nice quiet place to get work done. In the evening, this place transforms into a busy place fully of quisi-hipsters who are load and talking about the next dive bar, or fighting over who buys the next round. I've only been twice at night, but both times it was loud like a dive bar with prices that weren't cheap. Once, my wife asked for a napkin and they said they kept them behid the counter to keep things intentional. That's great until it's busy as a mad house and you have to wait ten minutes at the bar to clean up a spilled drink. This place will find itself, but right now I will not go there in the evenings.

Very nice place, bright and modern. The staff was great. My huge Anjou and asiago salad was wonderful! The salad is served with an apple vinaigrette which was tangy and fabulous. I considered downing the dressing (ya know, shot-style) but ended up pouring it over the salad and was satisfied with my decision. A small place but there are a ton of tables, kind of close together. Many two people and four people tables and a bar. It's pricey, which isn't surprising. But it's a great place to stop into for a drink.

What a welcome addition to Colorado Springs! I went to Wild Goose to grab a beer the other night, and had a great experience all around-- they have a great selection of craft beers, a delicious menu of snacks/apps (and the portion sizes are awesome), and a great casual vibe. Although I was there with the after-dinner crowd, it would be a great place to grab a cup of coffee and sit and work for a few hours. I'm definitely adding this place to my "go-to" Colorado Springs list!

I usually get nervous when a wine list has only a handful of red choices, but the handful of reds here are WELL CHOSEN. And a great price. I loved the stay-a-while atmosphere. This is not a fast food restaurant, it's a meeting house through and through. Love the decor and ample seating. Wish I still lived in the springs so I could go back soon. The cheese trays were temptingggggg!

The Wild Goose is fantastic. CO Springs needed someplace warm and friendly to get high quality coffee, exceptional beer & wine and tasty food. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere is inviting and conversational. Truly a gem here in CO Springs.

Nice and cozy place, and the type of establishment upon which vibrant downtowns are built. Sure, there's some pretension to be mocked among the hipster "I'm-Writing-My-Screenplay-At-The-Coffeehouse" set (though that probably counts quite a few students, in fairness), but that's hardly enough to detract from the niceties -- bright, open and eclectic atmosphere, comfy seating and massive wooden bookshelves that could completely absorb you with their contents. The food and drink was pretty fine, too; there's a lot of coffee and tea, but they also have beer and wine and a nice food selection -- not cheap, but not outrageous -- that included a black-bean vegetable wrap that was really terrific. Just a nice, mellow place that's good for relaxing and visiting -- fine for kids, too, plus the free wi-fi --without having to scream over a din or fight for a crappy table. Definitely a welcome oasis, though some might be turned off by the request for a tip when you're paying as you place your order at the counter, before you're actually served anything.

  • Quin C.

What a fun place. Very simple. You order at the counter. They bring your order to you. Their beer selection is local and fresh. Many vegetarian options. The decor is fun -- bookshelves and long tables where people of all types can mix and mingle. Where I come from, a town with a wealthy demographic, a place like this doesn't exist. I wish it did. Wild Goose is simply a great place to have a meal and experience good food and friendly people.

I look forward to going to the Wild Goose for the consistency of great craft products and the excitement of new things to try. They are a welcomed addition to our town. They truly have created the "3rd Place" environment and excel at delivering greatness in Product, Place, and People.

Some of the younger staff are moody and non-communicative. The worst cold-brewed coffee I've ever tasted. Cold street nachos that arrived 20 minutes late (pulling one out from the singular mass of cooled cheese was so difficult I felt I should have been crowned King of England). But I'm giving it three stars and am tempted to give it four. Why? Because it's a spot with atmosphere, something the Springs is severely lacking. The community vibe with long, shared tables is very cool. They appreciate good beers and keep a good selection cycling through (I've yet to have a horrible one). They also pull a great shot of espresso (my favorite in the city?), and I was impressed once when the guy at the counter made four in a row for me because he couldn't get it to come out 'just right'. And they've got live music every once in a while by quality artists, a nice improvement over the 'We'll-take-anyone' open-mic-nights of other cafes. 'A' for effort, and I wish Colorado Springs had more places like this. If they bump up their quality of food and drinks, I might even embrace the hipster-vibe and make this a regular haunt.

Very cool place. There's lots to look at and they have the latest in coffee trends...the Chemex. Free soda water on tap that you serve yourself is fun. Wine on tap (I'll have some next time ;) The sandwiches are good. The patio will be nicer when the evenings are warmer. Overall, just a cool new kid on the block! My personal dislike of the place...the long table that strangers are meant to share. I know, it says "MEETING HOUSE," but I don't like meeting people :P I prefer the quiet corner with the Dr. Who poster!

Great little place in Down Town CoS. This place is great and has lots to offer. I went this past Sunday with my wife around lunchtime and it was standing room only (they had the World Cup championship on). I ordered a vanilla latte which was great but the star of the show was my wife's Chai Latte, they make their own chai in the shop and it was just right! They also had quote s few local craft beers on tap, and something that peaked my interest, their cold brew coffee on nitro tap. Needless to say, I'll be going back in the very near future.

This place gets two stars simply for the fact that it serves alcohol, which this conservative city can always use, and has a decent, if small outdoor patio. It used to be a defunct business called 'Cartridge World,' so it's surely an upgrade from that. The way this joint operates is, you have to pay (and tip) for your food/drinks at the counter first, then you are given a number to take back to wherever you want to sit. A server is apparently then supposed to bring your order to you. You are responsible for busing your own table when done. It was not busy at the time we were there. Ordered the regular Street Nachos (at $7.00) and it was only after 15-20 minutes had passed that I had to get up and go ask the front what the status was, after quietly wondering to myself, "how long does it take to melt cheese over chips"? The hipster looking 20 year old dude had to first stop flirting with the hostess in order to say, oh yeah, what did you order? What was then plopped on the table five more minutes later was a small portion of pre-made tortilla chips slathered in processed cheese, a few black beans, old green onion, and a couple of jalapeno slices that looked like they were from a can, all in a paper-tray, drive-in style nacho container. The chips covered in cheese were soggy, you could bend them. The cheese was not layered in with the chips. No napkins provided, nor did the person who brought out the food bother to ask if we needed them. Hey, dude. It's finger food with greasy cheese all over it, uh...you think we might need napkins? Anyway, you could do better with 7-11 nachos, for half the cost of these, or probably make 'em way better at home yourself. These ain't no seven dollar nachos. In the end, a good place to grab a beer if you're into the brewery thing, but the food isn't worth the higher cost. It's marketed to the current trend of hipster style "cool place to go" type vibe, but doesn't really live up to its hype. At least, it didn't this time. There are a ton of places who do this gimmick better in Denver. Is Wild Goose better than Cartridge World? Sure it is. But quality is quality, and service is service, regardless of the marketing fad.

Not sure how these guys established such a presence in only a few months, but they've done an outstanding job doing it!

We have been wanting to try this place for awhile now and it's always so busy. Which is a good thing! It means they must be doing something right. We luckily found a little table for two shortly after we arrived. Grabbed it up and looked over the menu. They offer their sandwiches made with gluten free bread which is awesome and their soup of the day is always gluten free! We ordered the Wild Goose sandwich, turkey, ham and cheese with a side salad (you can choose salad or chips). I had the apple vinaigrette. We also ordered the meat and cheese board. Everything tasted wonderful! However you should start with the meat and cheese board. It was plenty! If you're still hungry after that then order more food but highly likely you will be. Everything was very yummy and the atmosphere was awesome. We tried the new Pear Cider (Pearsnickety) which is also gluten free. I loved it! My husband said it was too sour for his tastes. There is live music Friday and Saturday nights. Last we we enjoyed listening to an acoustic guitar with a lovely singer. Our first of many visits succeeded all my expectations! We will definitely be back. They

Another winner! We dropped in last night for a quick bite. I ordered the meat & cheese plate while my wife had soup and sandwich. Plus drinks. The Sumatran pour-over was a really good cup. I'm not going to pretend I'm a wine critic (and I didn't stay at a holiday inn last night), so I won't describe any subtle notes. Just a really good, bold cup. The soup was a roasted red pepper gruyere bisque, which was as good as it sounds. The star of the meat and cheese plate was a havarti horseradish cheese. The plate also came with a spicy berry jam, flatbread, prosciutto, salami, smoked cheddar, brie, and a small bowl of seasoned (and pitted!) green and kalamata olives. The soup and sandwich plate also had a grilled cheese sandwich, but I can't comment on that because my wife refused to share. Selfish. She also ordered a spanish red wine. Again, I'm not a critic and she didn't share. But she did finish, so I assume it was acceptable. There was a jazz combo playing (Valentines, Friday night) who were really good. There are never enough good coffee houses. Especially good coffee which also serves up really good food, prepared and seasoned well. The space itself is well laid out. Good mix of different table sizes, featuring a really large community table. The owner must be a Star Trek fan. Most of the wall hangings are Star Trek themed prints. I thought it was a nice touch, giving a bit of personality.

I used to go to Poor Richard's and Wooglins to read and blow Tiger Bucks on overpriced omelettes. This place has usurped the both of them (I pay with my debit, though). I've been here three times and experienced red pepper soup, an elk meat quesadilla, and an apple salad. The food is perfect. The quesadilla had a sweet-and-tangy gooseberry sauce on the side that made me twist my face in ecstasy. Perfect consistency, everything's fresh. I predict hundreds flying to this place for the rest of my college career. This place also plays chillwave music, but I won't waste my complaints on that because chillwave is probably proven to attract customers.

Was there on a Friday eve. Place is too small to accommodate a band like Mango fjango. Unfortunately there were too many little kids taking up tables; a group of four kids had toys/crafts and took up a table right by the stage, and kept going back and forth to their moms. Just didn't seem like children and alcohol were a good mix. Nachos were just mediocre and served in a paper boat. Beer was good, service decent, will try again.

I cannot say enough positive things about The Wild Goose Meeting House.

Skip the nachos. The chips were limp, the beans were scarce, the cheese was cold, and the jalapeños had no bite. I can make better nachos in my toaster oven and so can you. To add insult to injury, we waited for at least 20 minutes before inquiring about our order. The hostess nonchalantly said, "Yeah, it's been awhile." Thanks for confirming my opinion that your service is slow. Perhaps the quality of the nachos was due to prolonged exposure to a heat lamp? Glow: Good place for a canned beer at an outside table.

I've been going to this place ever since it first opened last year. There aren't many places like this in town which makes it pretty awesome. You're suppose to order your food and/or drinks at the counter and once you pay, you find a seat and wait for your item(s). It IS called a "meeting house" therefore a few times I have seen business people having little chit chats, and college students studying together for exams (Colorado College is around the corner), so don't expect it to not be crowded. Of course there is wifi so you can bring your tablet, laptop, or text an imaginary person on your phone while you wait for coffee. You can also read a book from their large selection. The book shelf in my opinion, is their best decor (besides Heisenberg which I'm not sure is still there). They have live music every now and then, and best of all, they have taps from top local breweries (don't order rum and coke because they don't serve liquor and you'll look like a fool). A few items on the menu may be overpriced for some people, but don't expect places downtown ANYWHERE to not have higher prices when in comparison to other areas. I'll order food if my stomach growls, but I've heard the grilled cheese is delicious.Coffee has been "meh" a couple times, but it is what it is. There might have been new baristas at the time. Overall I think this would be a good place to go on a date, whether if it's with friends or a significant other. Bring your dog and hang out on the outside patio.

All was well until the bartender cut off my girlfriend after 2 glasses of wine. We were a party of 5, all of us acting calmly. When I asked why he was not allowing her another glass of wine, he said she was there a few weeks ago and seemed as though she had had too much. I have never experienced such insulting behavior from a bar in my life. We are not regular drinkers, certainly not drunk or rowdy or loud, and we were all completely confused by this ridiculous decision. We paid our tab and left. None of us will ever return. They lost probably another $150-$200 last night as well as any future business and they get this unflattering review. A shame that one employee can ruin a business.

I loved this place on my first visit and always look for excuses to go back...the vibe is great and relaxed. Food is delicious and relatively healthy. Good salads, LOVE the Tijuana sandwich and everything I've eaten there has lots of flavor. A little pricy but worth it. Only thing I don't like is the new trend with tipping before services are rendered...and it's a relaxed, bus-your-own-table kind of joint but the tip suggestions when you buy your food starts at 15%, and goes up to 25%. I've seen this quite a lot, lately...these i-pads that have replaced cash registers that suggest big tips for coffee shops. I'm not stingy, and I always tip at these kinds of places, but I don't like the pressure of standing there paying for my food before I have been served by anyone and having the computer suggest a tip for me. Maybe that's the way of the future, I don't know. Anyway, other than that, I love this place and will go back soon.

I just moved from Denver into the CO Springs Downtown area and was excited to try this restaurant because it has decent reviews and it's only four blocks from my place. The food was actually pretty good (my boyfriend and I shared their vegetarian cheese and pepper sandwich w/a side salad and a cup of soup) which is why it's really disappointing to say that the service was terrible. There were two women at the counter. The first (a tall, blonde one) was nice enough. The entire time we ordered our food, the second woman (shorter with brown hair in a ponytail) seemed very impatient with us as if we were taking too long ordering even though there was no one waiting to order behind us. Take in mind, that this is the first time my boyfriend and I had ever seen their menu. I also really wanted to order a beer (they actually have a really good beer menu, extensive) so I needed another minute. I felt so rushed and uncomfortable that I decided to just say "water for now" so that I could look at their extensive drink list without having the brown-haired woman give me a dirty look the entire time. I went back to my table and when I had decided I came back to order my beer. Both women were standing there chatting, not doing anything, yet the brown-haired woman seemed annoyed to have me come back to the counter to order something else. I'm twenty-six years old, and yes, I am very aware that I look very young. It is a comment I often get from people everywhere and I'm use to it by now. I get carded wherever I go. Whatever. But even though I'm used to getting comments I'm not used to anyone being completely heinous about it. She examined by ID for several minutes and then with a disgusting amount of attitude preceded to tell me I looked very young. I responded by telling her take my Driver's License matched all my other IDs and my credit cards. I handed her my credit card to pay since I didn't have any cash (and still left her I tip even though I really shouldn't have) and she inspected that as well. It was very obvious to me that she was insinuating that I had a fake ID and she was definitely treating me as much. She handed me my beer without saying anything and walked away. As my boyfriend and I were leaving, both women were still standing there chatting, not doing anything. I looked for a manager's business card, hoping to find one so that I could call them directly (there wasn't one), and kind of took my time to see if either women would say anything to my boyfriend and I as we walked out. Well, it's a good thing I didn't hold my breath because we got nothing. I've been working in the restaurant business for over a decade and know that as customers are walking out you must say something, anything! "A thanks for coming in," "Have a good day," even a simple "goodbye" is customary. My boyfriend I were very put off by all of this. It's a real shame because the food was good and the place looks charming. Maybe we'll get some takeout since it's so close to our home. Or maybe come in when that sever isn't there, but it shouldn't have to be like that. I should be able to go in whenever I want to enjoy good food and drinks without worrying about running into the rudest server in CO Springs/Denver. But sadly, it is.

This place is not quite open...should open this Friday November 29th though. We stopped by last night just to check on it and they let us in. They have a few Colorado craft beers on tap from Pikes Peak Brewery, Bristol and plans to add many more. They served us an all-natural sausage as a sampler that was very tasty. Looking forward to visiting in the future. This should make a welcome addition to the bar/cafe scene on Tejon. Looks like they will serve coffees also.

This place also plays chillwave music, but I won't waste my complaints on that because chillwave is probably proven to attract customers.

Stopped here for a coffee and ended up with an Apricot beer on tap. Great flavor. Nice place. A little tight in seating but probably due to the large number of people who pile in here every night. Looks popular. I will return.

Such a great environment. The staff is super friendly as well as the customers. The vibe is like one big family. I love this place.

This is great place to sit and relax over a cup of coffee and a wonderful breakfast! The staff are friendly and efficient. The wild boar quesadilla is excellent.

Great atmosphere, it really inspires us northerners to take the trip to downtown. The food will not disappoint and the beers and sangria were worth the trip.

Super cool! Colorado Springs needed a place like this. Super unique idea. We just had drinks but the nachos looked great! I loved that they had self serve soda water on tap! Great wine! We will be back

I gave it another chance and I really enjoyed the Canadian Goose sandwich, which comes with a great mix of pineapple and berries and I added a glass of the Malbec. I would definitely do this again!

I LOVE the looks of this place! The location is dope, and I love the breezy open air when they open up all the patio doors. It appears they've worked out the new-business kinks. Nicely done!

Great coffee. Ok dessert. Lots of campers. Felt like I was in a sardine can. It's very young chic, so I simply wasn't cool enough to be there. Big draught selection and friendly staff.
